Why subscribe?

I decided to start Proven Reserves because in the process of doing my own research and due diligence, I found my approach was a bit different from what others were doing. And as a CPA, I figured I could provide other retail investors the kind of analysis and accessible deep dives into investment opportunities that are usually only afforded to big money investors.

My approach to due diligence is this: Relentless and Unforgiving. If there is a red flag, I am going to point it out. You won’t find me drawing lines on charts that much and there are other people who do that much better than me. But you will find me talking about regulatory filings, relevant news, and of course, financial statements. All of that is backed by seeking to understanding of how a investment opportunity fits within the larger market, all explained to you to best of my ability.
